Can an employee be charged for an offence outside the code of conduct limit. lets say the code says employee to be charged within 4 days but employer takes 7 days.

I have been out of employment for a month and 2 weeks. I was given a P13 form to enable me claim my tax from ZRA but i was not given a termination letter am not able to get my refund now what can i do ? I have talked to the HR but nothing has been done please advise

My company says they will not pay gratuity based on contracts of less than one year. is inorder because the company could take adavantage of the workers by slapping disciplinary actions by reducing their contract period.

please also advise on the contract,my contract end and the company i work with gave me a new contract,the problem is they did not pay me the remaining leave days,when i inquired about it they told me that they carried my leave days over to the next contract.when i told them that they should pay me they asked me to give them the chapter which says my leave days should be paid.
